Hi, I'm Chef Mercedes. I'm a graduate of the French Culinary Institute/International Culinary Center's classic pastry arts program. Currently I do not work in the food industry so I use this blog to share my love of eating and passion for baking with the world. These orange crepes were filled with orange pastry cream, topped with orange segments, orange butter caramel sauce, and orange ice cream. All were very yummy. The crepes were incredible! They are not easy to make (though they aren't that hard, I think I just need practice).
