It's official...

I'm going to the FCI for their pastry arts course! It starts on August 19th. I can't wait! It's going to be an amazing experience. I'll make sure to tell you all about it here, so keep checking back, especially starting August 20th (I'm taking the night course, so I'd imagine I won't be able to post until the day after class.) Have I mentioned I can't wait?!
