Earl Grey Brownies
These are yet another Fat Witch
brownie, and they are one of my favorites! The texture is out of this world; they are fudgy but not chewy, smooth but still dense. And the taste is perfect. They are chocolately and distinctly earl grey-y. The bergamot taste and scent were subtle but added a wonderful depth to the flavor. I really do think these are some of my favorite brownies and perhaps my favorite non-plain brownie.
