English Muffins


If you have never had a homemade English muffin you haven't really had an English muffin. Seriously. They are amazing!! What makes them so good is that they are fried before they are baked. Frying them makes them puff up and baking them is what actually cooks them. Just slightly underbake them so you can toast them without making them like hockey pucks. They are great with peanut butter or cream cheese or jam or butter or cheese or, oh never mind...they are just good!
